Hari tu borak2 ngan sorang kawan, katanya penat kerja as service desk especially time kena angkat call. So tanya la dia sehari biasa bape banyak? Jawabnya “banyaakkk giler kot .. (sambil membulatkan mata beliau), dalam 50 call camtu”

Erk 50? hurm kalu dia keje kat ITSC ni mau pengsan. Sehari ada la dalam 100/per person. 100 ok. Kalu yang easyweb tu (user log via system), standard ar 250 tiket sehari/seorang. Frontliner ada la dalam 30 agent kot.Jadi ganda2kan berapa problem sehari staff SCB ni log.

User SG sila press 3 ..

Cam hari ni, dah tau dateline submit P3, semua baru nak buat serentak. Pastu system da overload, slow response bising2 report.. nak membebel bagai “do u know today is dateline to submit P3?…plz resolve it now. Urgent!! “.. Guwa jawab je “padan muka hang” tapi jawab dalam hati je la ..

P3? Performance, Pay and .. err P satu lagi stand for ape ntah. Tapi yang pasti kalu P3 anda bagus, bonus bulan 3 nanti pun bagus le jugak.
