Tak cukup kalsium

Selalu berjogging, main badminton, main bowling almost every week .. jangan bajet sihat.
Hahah saye ni la kononnya bila selalu bersukan, tulang kuat la tu.
Skali minggu lepas ada anlene wat pemeriksaan percuma kat opis, sempena international woman day.
Maka pi la kejap check tulang ..

Erkkk hampir berisiko tulang reput T_T

See result tu, sy punya kat line oren, hampir2 ke arah merah (kritikal).
Sepatutnya umur bawah 30, kat area kaler hijau tu.

Lepas tu terus pi beli susu HL.

Ni la kesan kalau minum susu 2 bulan skali.

Ok lepas ni confirm kena beli anlene, minum susu 2 gelas sehari okey

    Mmg wajib da minum susu kalau kat area oren tu… kalau malas minum susu boleh amik suplemen kalsium saja..senang telan ajer..
    Akk makan suplemen saja sbb kalau minum susu mmg tak terminum la..hihi
